How can i pack sun hats in my luggage so they don't get mushed?

Ohh! good idea with the t-shirts... dunno why i didn't think of something to simple lol. thanks! something SO simple i mean.

1. roll up a t-shirt or two or something like socks and fill the center, then place in suitcase and arrange your other stuff around it.
